What are the obstacles in meditation 

In traditional meditation its quieting your mind. Many people find this task to be quite difficult. In my program you won't have to worry about that at all because we'll put those pesky thoughts to work so your mind will naturally calm down. 

Additionally, meditation teachers teach their students to observe their thoughts and emotions. This can be a good starting point, but we can do much better than that. We'll put those thoughts and emotions to work so they naturally become more neutral. You'll learn how to work with them so you won't have to observe them to lessen their control over you or block your spiritual connection. 

What is one of the biggest problems during meditation?

In traditional meditation its restlessness, physically or mentally. Not to worry, in my program it doesn't matter if you're restless. 

What makes meditation difficult?

In traditional meditation it's restlessness and a busy mind that gets distracted with thoughts running wild. In my program neither of those things matter. You can move around if needed and we'll use your busy mind and all those thoughts.

Is it okay if I cry during meditation?

Yes, and if that feels overwhelming to you, I teach you how to process your emotions in a safe way or come back to them another time. 

Why do I feel my feelings more when I meditate?

This is normal because you're looking inward so you're not as distracted by your thoughts and life. I teach you exactly what to do when this happens for you. 

Do I need to go deeper in meditation?

That naturally happens when you work with your subconscious mind. 

Is meditation a sin?

No. 

How long do I meditate?

In my program you'll meditate for a half hour in the morning and you'll listen to your hypnotic meditation in the evening before bed. 

Do I have to sit still?

Not if you don't want to. 

What if the program won't work for me?

It's designed in such a way that it will work for most people. For example, your evening hypnotic meditation is magical and will help you simply because of the way your subconscious mind works. It's been tested over and over again.

Our minds are like an iceberg.

The conscious mind is represented by the tip of the iceberg comprising

10% of its total.

The subconscious mind is represented by the rest of the iceberg that lies underwater and represents

90% of its total. 

Your conscious mind is the most limited part of your mind and represents just 10% of the capacity of your mind.

It's the rational and analytical part of the mind, and this is the part of the mind that most people use to try to accomplish their goals.

It's like trying to accomplish your goals with your arms tied behind your back. New Year's resolutions are the perfect example of this. 

Your subconscious mind is the largest part of your mind and represents 90% of the capacity of your mind. It is the imaginative, literal, and feeling part of your mind and it is where your internal blueprint lies. 

Your internal blueprint is your ingrained beliefs and emotions that have formed from your past experiences since the time you were a baby until now. And this internal blueprint typically lies outside of your conscious awareness. It drives your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that have gotten you your present life results. 

Your critical factor is a filtering mechanism within your mind that filters all of the incoming information, and files only the things that align with your internal blueprint. 

When you work with the subconscious mind in meditation, it allows the critical factor to be bypassed so the subconscious mind can receive new information which then creates a new internal blueprint, which creates new beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors which gets you what you want.
